Strategy-led web design & development

webseed OÜ is a small, independent studio focused on building conversion-ready web presence for growing brands. We work end-to-end: brand & positioning → UX & content structure → visual design → Webflow development.

Brand & Messaging Strategy

We clarify who you serve, what problem you solve, and how to communicate that in a way that feels human, credible, and trustworthy. Includes positioning, value proposition, tone of voice, and messaging hierarchy.

UX / Content Architecture

We map your offers, funnel, calls-to-action, and trust assets into a clear site structure and wireframes so visitors always know “what’s next”.

Webflow Development

Fast, responsive builds using a clean naming convention. You’ll fully own your site. No lock-in. We also set up basic SEO, accessibility structure, and analytics tracking.

How billing works

webseed OÜ works on a milestone model. Each phase (for example: Strategy, Design, Development, Handover) is delivered with its own defined outcomes. An invoice is issued for that phase.

A small project deposit confirms the start date and reserves production time. This deposit is credited toward the total project cost.

Because our work is custom and strategic, deposits and completed milestones are non-refundable once the agreed deliverables for that milestone have been presented to the client. See our full Refund & Cancellation Policy.
